The traditional and conventional pneumatic diaphragm pumps are fixed installations. After each production, about 17kg of slurry remains in the pump cavity. When cleaning, it is difficult for this part of the slurry to be recycled on site, which leads to this part of the slurry. Unused materials cause waste.

At present, in order to solve the above problems, the slurry transfer pneumatic pump device is introduced. This pneumatic pump is specially designed so that the pump cavity of the air pump has no dead angles, and the whole is rotatable. After production, the material in the pump cavity can be discharged by rotating the pump body. The remaining about 0.5kg of slurry adhered to the pump cavity greatly reduces the residual material. The above-mentioned discharged slurry can be collected and used, and the pneumatic pump can be cleaned with a circulating cleaning solvent.
